Terms and Conditions

 Booking a Course

Bookings can be made by phone between the hours of 10:00 and 17:30 Monday to Friday on 0845-4677409. All potential trainees need to arrange training via email or calling the office to discuss training before booking. In the event that we are unable to take your call, please leave a message with your full name and a contact number. Our aim is to get back to you within a few hours.

 Payment

Part Payment is due 4 weeks before the training date, And full payment of cleared funds is due 1 week before training and is payable in cash and cheque (Cheques made payable to Devon Training Team) only.

 Cancellation

Bookings can only be cancelled in writing by post or email.

Cancellations within 10 working days of the training start date will be charged the full course fee. Cancellations within 11 – 20 working days of the training start date will be charged 50% of the course fee. Cancellations more than 30 working days in advance of the course will incur no charge.

 Refreshments

All the Devon Training Team programme courses include coffees and teas throughout the day. Please let us know if you have any special dietary requirements and we will do our best to meet these.

 Smoking

Smoking is not permitted in training rooms or within our training venues. Each venue will have its own policies on areas where smoking is permitted.
